How
do I buy a ringtone or Graphics from monavi.com?
To buy a ringtone, click on the Buy button and you will be presented with a shopping cart. If you are not already a member of Paypal, you could apply online and get US$ 5.00 towards your initial purchase. Once you are done shopping, click on the checkout button on the shopping cart pop-up window and your transaction is completed. Once we verify the payment, the Ringtone will be sent to your phone
My
new ringtone has arrived but the phone still plays the old
one?
In order to activate your new ringtone you need to locate
the profiles or options menu on your phone and select your
new ringtone as the one the phone should use. This will
generally be found under the "Ringing Tone" menu
item within the profile you have chosen.
Most users select the "General" profile and you need to remember that if you select another profile you will also have to change the ringtone to the one you have downloaded.

a message will be displayed on the phone screen saying
"New Ringtone/Graphic Received". You can either
save this directly to your phone (press options > Save)
or if you prefer it is possible to listen/view first (press
options > playback/view).
In
order to activate your new ringtone you need to locate the
profiles or options menu on your phone and select your new
ringtone as the one the phone should use.
It is only possible to store one ringtone on some phones see
your user guide, so if you download a new ringtone it will
replace any that you have previously downloaded.
