    Ms. Barthakur has been in new venture formation and operations as a founder,  officer and general partner, focusing on entrepreneurial companies in software, telecommunications, information processing, and other related high technology areas. Previously Ms. Barthakur was a consultant on operations in WAP (Wireless Access Protocol) development and EDI/LSR/ASR Management through Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and provided her sevices at  AT&T, Sonera Zed, RCN, Telcordia Technologies  and Prism. As a Chief Operating Officer of Monavi Communications,Inc. she is responsible for substantial growth, assurance of product delivery, product quality and revenues.

    Abhi  is a seasoned information technology professional with a strong background in IT consulting, system architecture, and UNIX/web development. A graduate of the top-ranked High Technology Engineering program at Rapid City's SDSM&T.  Abhi brings a broad tool set and experience base to Monavi.com. The trademark of his career is the design and implementation of www.nabausha.com and supporting information systems that bring high operational efficiencies. His creativity is exceptional and brings satisfaction to Markin Kalpataru's members. Abhi has been consulting with various high-tech companies such as AT&T, Telcordia Technologies, Dendrite Internationals, Deutche Bank, AI credit, and Mentor Graphics Corp, where he supported Software Development, Quality Assurance, Test automation and Customer Care/Billing systems. Most recently he has been a Lead Consultant for Factiva.com, a Dow Jones and Reuter Company, where he leads performance analysis team to streamline and Web enable business processes. During late 90's, he registered the domain Nabausha.com and put Markin Kalpataru Internet Radio Community in to operation, which was too far ahead of the Internet market. Now, Abhi is ready and he found the right partners to participate in this venture of Monavi.com !
